COLHEITA MUSI is a transatlantic musical project that sprouts between Brazil, Portugal, and Germany. Rooted in tradition and with eyes on the horizon, it proposes a sonic fusion where the popular and the experimental dance in harmony. Its sound resonates with a fluid, post-Tropicalist aesthetic, where the ancestral and the contemporary meet without borders. It is music as crossing, memory, and reinvention. The aim is to create a sonic expression that embodies the idea of: "sound for a new day" — a musical dawn that renews body and soul, uniting past and future, and inviting an organic, vibrant, and plural dance. At the intersection of traditional music and experimentation, the project gives voice to a multiple, rooted, and ever-changing Brazil, celebrating a sonic territory open to the world.

ABOUT US
TILL. Originally from Maranhão, she trained in Rio and worked as a music educator in São Paulo, Portugal and Germany. In COLHEITA MUSI, she explores the transverse flute and melodica in arrangements that transition between ancestral tradition and contemporaneity.
HANNES. Leipzig-based percussionist Dedicated to Afro-Brazilian rhythms. He brings his musical experience from playing with Dudu Tucci and in different Samba and Choro ensembles. Constantly connecting traditional rhythms to a contemporary and unconventional musical approach.
RANI. From São Paulo, where he performed with the band HNT, to Lisbon, integrating the project Cenzontle and co-creating the collective belapapaya. Currently based in Leipzig, he blends his transatlantic experiences into COLHEITA MUSI's compositions.
